ZERO ERROR: PERMADEATH
Support

One hit. One death. No mercy. If something's not working right, this is where you send the distress signal.

Common Issues

I lost all my progress after one death — is that a bug?

No — that's the point. Zero Error: Permadeath runs on a strict one-life rule: a single hit ends your run and you restart from the beginning of that attempt. There's no health bar and no auto-save mid-run by design.

I bought hearts but don't see them in-game.

First, fully close and relaunch the app — purchases are re-checked on launch. If they're still missing, email us with the item name and your receipt: on Android, from Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history; on iOS, from your Apple ID purchase history.

You are never charged twice for a purchase that failed to deliver. If a charge went through and the hearts did not, we will fix it.

How do I restore a purchase after reinstalling?

Heart packs are consumable items — once spent in a run, they are gone and cannot be restored. Any pack you purchased but never spent is re-delivered automatically the next time you open the game while signed in to the same store account.

My best runs disappeared after reinstalling.

Stage progress, stars and best runs are stored only on your own device, not on a server. Uninstalling the game removes them, and they cannot be recovered. This is also why nothing you play is uploaded anywhere — see the privacy policy.

No ad is available when I tap to watch one.

Rewarded ads come from Google's ad network and are not always in stock — the game tells you when none is available and retries on its own. Rewarded ads are always optional: you can finish every stage without watching a single one.

The game crashed or froze on a specific stage.

Tell us which stage (e.g. "Stage 7: Chrono Rift"), your device model, your Android or iOS version, and what you were doing right before it happened. That's usually enough for us to reproduce and fix it.
